Nuts &Bolts of NK
Can someone please link me to the nuts and bols of this particular woe? Thank you for your time.:o
Lots and LOTS of great information on this thread... read those first few entries, and it'll give you practically everything there is to know I think! :)
Most importantly... NK is a high fat/moderate protein/low carb WOE. That thread tells you how to figure out how many calories you should be consuming, how many grams of protein for your goal weight, and a bunch of other stuff!
I'm not sure our thread intro qualifies as a nuts and bolts of NK description.

It is based on the Performance book and the formulas he uses are from the Performance book. The Living book uses a different much simpler method for calculating protein requirements. (reference_weight/2.2) x 1.5 to 2.0. For me...(170/2.2)*1.5
