Never would have done that before.

happy today - id been stalled for several days, yesterday i really bumped what i was eating, i had eggs and bacon for breakfast with a smoothie chaser, chicken and salad for lunch with feta cheese, lamb chops and steamed veggies for dinner with another smoothie and this morning?.....

i'm down over 500g!

whoda thunk that eating more would make you lose weight??!

I kinda went overboard today...stressful day combined with not enough sleep.
For a pick-me-up, we had dinner at Applebee's. I got the roasted garlic sirloin with portobello mushroom caps & creamed spinach (left off the potatoes and got double the mushrooms). It was so good! And I have 2 oz of the steak left for breakfast tomorrow. It had been a long time since I had such a good steak - nice and juicy.

Ketones: 0.7 • Weight 184.9

B: Protein shake with chia seeds
L: Egg salad with greens & prosciutto, flaxseed bread, 1/2 avocado, 18 grams dark chocolate
S: coffee w/half & half x 2
D: Sirloin with mushrooms & creamed spinach
S: 1 TB CO, 2 TB PB, 1 lc chocolate chip cookie

Calories: 1,896 Carbs:60 Fat: 151 Protein: 84

I surely thought I would gain a little I had shrimp last night it always seem to make me gain weight but was 149.6 now149.2. Ill take it....I seen 149 two days in roll I hope I never see those 150 again...

I was 127.4 today 126.8
Had two guacamole salads with loads of sour cream and cheddar cheese.
I am very close to goal. Just have a tummy and some in boobs to go. I am 5'2.
Lost most of my weight doing a diet called ideal protein

Last few and I decided eating 1,000 calories and maintaining sounded like a horrible way to live.

Been doing this last 7 days. Dropped from 130 to 126.8. My goal is probably between 118 and 123

So for a reference point are you close to rocking a bikini?
That is my goal, get healthy and energetic as well.

I have come down from 160, but I still don't see my weight loss, hoping body dimorphia will go away as time passes.

I lost the weight with no working out. I want to add Jillian Michael's six week six pack soon.

For years I worked out for two to three hours and no results, all about hormones

Bikini? I will never have that much confidence I do have a one piece I've never worn and I'd like to be able to wear that

My highest wt was 180.
I did P90X and insanity last year and I do not credit any of my WL to the exercise. Only what I put in my mouth! IF I ever decide to exercise again it'll be something I'm just doing for fun. I'd rather save my energy to be a good mom and play with my kids

I do know that exercise oftentimes doesn't do much for those who have body fat left to lose, especially in the midsection... at least not anything you can detect by looking in the mirror! Someone was talking about "spot burning" fat so you could aim to burn more in your belly by doing crunches or something, and it's just not possible. Exercise builds muscle, but if you've still got a layer of fat over top of those abs, you'll never see them. I bet that's a big part of my issue right now with my little belly that refuses to go

If you can get your total body fat percentage down though, you should start seeing the results of exercise eventually! Do be aware though that you'll likely see the scale go UP, and not DOWN when you do though... muscle weighs far more than fat, and that's why many of us don't exercise while losing the fat. Some people just get discouraged seeing a gain, even if their bodies are getting toned in the process. Just wanted to throw that out there so you're aware and not disappointed, since you were saying you were still wanting to lose a little but might add some extra exercise in

Awww same here, you're not alone! I really WISH I could feel comfortable wearing a bikini but my highest weight was 200-something and I have PCOS... so I have LOTS of lovely stretch marks that I'll never want to show off in public It's ridiculous that someone as young as I am can really have that many, but yeah. I look like I've given birth to dozens of kids. I have no kids. PCOS/body fat are both jerks

I learned a lesson last night about getting too careless about replacing electrolytes. Earlier this week I started drinking lemon water and it worked great for reducing PMS bloat, but I had stopped taking magnesium and extra potassium and sodium. I woke up with painful leg cramps and had a duh moment when I realized why.

I have magnesium citrate powder that mixes with water, so I drank some of that with Nu Salt (potassium chloride) added. I usually salt my foods well but I probably need to start drinking broth with lite salt again.

Confidence will come, I hear you on the workout, did four half marathons, lost about 7 pounds, but quick to gain, slow to lose.

I have had adrenal issues, so working out made it harder to lose weight, taking my sweet time figuring things out.

I am an apple shape, more like sponge bob square pants. All boobs and tummy. Skinny ass and legs.

Waiting to add workout, can see I have at least 3 pounds of fat in the middle. Trying to look at myself in the mirror daily. Not something I am used to doing.

Body oil is a product I am using to reduce stretch marks, has been working for me.

Hmm... what kind of body oil are you using? Mine are faded (they're not red) but they're obviously still quite visible even still. I always kind of figured they'll never really go away to the point where people won't notice them
