Thank you appreciate it.

Does anyone eat more than one avacado a day, I am waiting for my meter. Will get my Nova Max this afternoon but after reading on this site I am returning it and have ordered Precision Xtra. Will have to weight about 10 days since my ketostix are coming from Canada

I'm dragging today but have managed to eat okay. I didn't sleep much last night, and had to get up before 5:00 am to get myself for a new work assignment.

My hours are going to be 6:30 am to 3:00 pm for the next month, so I'm going to have to figure out my meals around this new schedule. I ate breakfast this morning because Sunday was very low calorie and I was hungry. Tomorrow I'm going to try doubling the hwc and coconut oil in my morning coffee, to see if that will keep me satiated for the work day. I've only been using a tablespoon of each and that is not enough to keep from getting hungry a few hours later.

You could get one of those 5 hour energy drinks, empty it and reuse the container for a CO shot to help get you through the day.

So far I haven't eaten any avocados at all but they are popular with LC/NK.

Lisa CONGRATS ON THE JOB!!

You could cook up some bacon or sausage the night before and just nuke it in the am. The protein helps me stay full during the day. I started eating 30 g of protein in my breakfast and it keeps me going a lot longer.

Pretty standard day today. I was able to sit in the beautiful weather and soak up Vit D. Loved it. Of course it won't last. In a couple of months we'll have 95 outside.

Today menu:
B coffee, hwc, co, 2 bologna wraps w/ mayo, 1 t cheese
S Diet Dr. Pepper w/ 2 oz hwc
L 2 oz chicken 2 oz catfish
D Spinach 1/2 w/ 1 T cream cheese, 1 T hwc, 1 T butter
S Dp float

Totals: 1805
142.6 F
20.5 C
61.3 P

Still sitting at same weight, but what's new.

Thanks! The job is only for 30 days but at least it will buy me some time, and I'll be making money.

I'm out of bacon and sausage but I could boil some eggs tonight.

I didn't eat any veggies today but managed to hit my calorie goal. I got a fresh head of cauliflower at the grocery store so I can make mockafoni & cheese for lunch/dinner tomorrow.

Breakfast - scrambled eggs with melted cheddar, tea with half&half, dark chocolate with almonds
Lunch - crumbled ground beef with salsa, grated cheese, and sour cream
Snack - bulletproof coffee, pumpkin cream cheese bake
1814 calories, 83 g protein, 155 g fat, 24 g carbs, 5 g fiber. I know half & half has slightly more carbs but I don't care for hwc in tea.

I'm way off today. I had chicken twice and now my calories are so high, I'm afraid to eat some HWC with butter to bring the fat up.

Calories: 1,683
Fat: 126.8 grams
Protein: 125.1 grams
Carb: 8.7

Percents:
66 / 32 / 2

I'm afraid to consume even MORE calories . . .
Should I just go to bed and see what happens in the morning?

Don't. If your calories are about where you want them to be then don't worry about adding fat to hit a particular ratio. Aside from that, Phinney said that the ketogenic range is 65-85% fat.

I finally saw a loss this morning. I have been flip flopping between 220.9 and 221.1 for many days now. I was at 219.4 this morning. Only 3.4lbs to go to make my mini goal that I have set for myself for April 23rd which is my one year LC anniversary.
