Say, use a cotton swab and dab straight organic ACV on the acne. It may burn a bit but it will nuke the problem in short order. ACV is a wonder cure for a whole lot of stuff. Quote:

By the bye, while I am generally not in favor of being sick we have to be pragmatical with the contest and all. Any chance of chicken pox cropping up in the next two weeks??? |

I really think I'm going to be okay in the contest. Yesterday, we had an update. I was second place for greatest percentage lost(not for the whole contest, but just this past 2 week period) but the person who beat me has just now started losing 8 weeks into the contest, so she had a water loss advantage. My nemisis who is so close to goal didn't even make it into the top 5. I'm just going to focus on doing my very best and see if I can win by a large enough margin to not have to split the prize money. My 16 year old just came in and told me that I don't have to take him to community college today because he was throwing up all night. Fun, fun, fun. I wonder if I should be mean and make him wake up again so he can clean the kitchen. That might be too mean, even for me. No, I don't get Helen Hunt comments. I have to strike the arrogant pose for pictures, because it hides all of my neck and chin creases. The joys of getting old....

I had sour cream and pork rinds for lunch. I think that is the first time I've eaten sour cream with pork rinds. It was pretty good. I threw some cayenne and crushed red pepper into the sour cream. They were bbq rinds so I didn't want to jazz up the sour cream too much.

Hi, all. Just checking in with my eats. Another pathetic day appetite wise. I've decided not to track my macros or calories because I was getting way too neurotic with it, and I didn't like the way my head was working.. I know what I need to eat to get my fat up. A little tough without dairy, but I feel better since I haven't been including it in my diet. After 4 days, my waist seems noticeably smaller when I look in the mirror. Less bloat.
Anyway, here was today: B: 4 hard boiled eggs sprinkled with Old Bay D: 1/2 grass fed burger topped with sauteed mushrooms, onion, and bacon; side salad with tiny bit of apple, onion, rosemary spiced nuts, and balsamic vinaigrette Water throughout the day... Have been so sick to my stomach from stress :-( Protein shake sounded nauseating this morning. Got sick to my stomach again after eating half a burger.. meh. Hopefully I'll have a bit more of an appetite tomorrow. Still not weighing myself, was getting neurotic with that too. There is absolutely no reason to step on the scale upwards of 10 times a day. |

Oh I should also add:
The burger that I ate today and couldn't finish because I felt sick to my stomach.. I found out while I was eating it that it was locally sourced from a local farm called Hunter Cattle Company. I happen to drive by this farm every day on the way to school and for the past month every day all the cows and their calves are out in the pasture. I love them so much haha! The little calves running around just melt my little heart, I kind of have an attachment to them.. so I felt bad when I was eating the burger. LOL I've got issues. Shoot, sounds like the Nyquil is already starting to kick in. |

I love catching up and seeing all the posts here. It makes me happy. I'm clueless how to put in smiley faces here, as I've tried and failed miserably. I may need a coach.....
Down exactly 2lbs this morning!! WOOT! WOOT! Stats for the day: Calories: 2574 Fats: 171.2 Carb: 34.2 Protein: 139.6 68/26/6 Breakfast: Coffee w/HnH, 2 eggs, 2 bacon Lunch: Chicken (4oz), lettuce salad, 2 eggs, cheese, ranch Dinner: Sirloin steak (7oz), sauteed onions/peppers, lettuce salad w/ranch Snack: HWC w/walnuts I'm still trying to figure out how to get my ratios correct. I feel really great, but I tend to get hungry in the evening. Like right now I feel very hungry. Just ate some whipped HWC w/some walnuts so hopefully that will satiate me REALLY soon. Seems weird to me that with that high of calories so far that I'm still hungry. Next week I start back to Olympic lifting classes (along w/bf'g), so I'm sure I'll need to raise my cals even higher. Thought I'd try for 2000, but feeling hungry at the end of the day and going over on cals two days (2420 yesterday) in a row is telling me that I obviously need to raise them. THOUGHTS? I'm so happy I found "this" place and that you're allowing me to be here. :-) Last edited by Multimama; 02-21-2013 at 05:20 PM.. |
