Yeah, I saw a recipe on another site where they used ghee in mayo, but it was only a little bit; they still used olive oil for the rest. And, yes, avocado and
mac nut oils are both expensive. I just really dislike the flavor of olive oil. I have yet to find a
coconut oil that really doesn't taste like coconut, despite the claims (I think I'm just very sensitive to it), plus it, too, would harden in the fridge.
