NK feeling?

does anyone get a mild burning sensation in their throat when in NK?

is that a way of feeling NK or is it just heartburn?

No, I don't think that is a common experience as far as a symptom of NK. But for heartburn, that is very possible if you have bumped up your fat intake and/or your protein intake.

It could be from too little stomach acid too. If your meal sits like a big lump that is usually a good sign of low stomach acid.

If that is the case you can check it easily by quaffing some apple cider vinegar diluted in water. yuk but if you feel better after doing that then it was for sure low stomach acid.
