need help ..on clearing things up

i have been doing vlc...been eating as needed..but am i wrong?
like eating ok without calorie counting...
also i do running and rope jumping for cardio..
sedetary most of the time...
i eat 2 sf fiber bites 2 carbs, chik breast and thighs and eggs, butter-alot, cheese thin sliced, spinach,grlic,herbs, and fatty cuts meat=bacon,steak,pork skins, etc..

is this ok?

i have seem to feel ok tho drinking 10cups and feel like water blob lol

Why do you think what you are eating might not be okay? Are you losing weight? You mention that you feel tired--are you getting plenty of salt? How were you eating before? If you were eating a lot more carbs before, your body needs time to adapt--generally at least a couple of weeks of "induction flu."

You may have to experiment with different levels of carbs, calories, etc. to see what works for you, but it will help others to provide advice if you give more information about what changes you have made and why you are concerned--i.e., what led you to post this question?
