Morning - Coffee, fat bomb, bacon wrapped beef filet
Afternoon - Appetizer tray of pepperoni flavored cheese, olives, almonds. Baked chicken thigh with crispy garlic skin, mashed cauliflower w/cream cheese, butter.
Just over 1/2 my quota for the day. It is 4:30. Not sure what I will feel like eating this evening.
So far, bulletproof coffee....not too hungry today.
L: 4 oz. greek yogurt with 1 TB hwc, and peanut scone broken up in it
S: macadamia nut fat bomb
D: some kind of soup - I need figure out what to make, since we're having a potluck soup supper at church along with Christmas caroling.
S2 - brie and wakame miso soup
