It's SATURDAY! What are you eating?

Morning!! I am heading out to my favorite kitchen store warehouse sale and have not planned my menu yet. So far I am having coffee/hwc and vco. Be back later for the full day's plan!!

waffle w/ 2T butter
egg nog (6T hwc, 1 cup coconut milk, 1/2c coconut water, 2 eggs yolks, vanilla extract, rum flavoring, sweetener.)

8oz roasted chicken cooked in 2T butter served with guy's bbq
1 snickerdoodle cookie (recipe in recipe forum)

Not nearly enough, as it turns out. I went Christmas shopping today, and as I always do when I go to the mall, I got so distracted I forgot to eat. I got rather light-headed by 4:30, and had a late dinner.

BF: bulletproof coffee and 1/2 cup yogurt with 1 TB macadamia nut butter.
S: 1.5 oz. brie, lc cranberry bread with whipped cream cheese and hwc, espresso
D: 3-egg omelette with mushrooms and butter
