It's TUESDAY! What are you eating?
Good morning!! My planned menu for today is pretty much a duplicate of yesterday's! I may add an oopsie as my totals are a bit low but I will let hunger dictate that.

for breakfast i had 3 pieces of fletchers alderwood smoked bacon (its a really high fat bacon) 1.5 servings (3 big pieces) is 45g fat and 7.5g protein. 2 eggs fried in the bacon grease, 2 dollups of sour cream and a hot cup of chicken stock -
total 690 calories, 64g fat, 23.5g protein, 6g carbs (83/14/3%) |
