coffee/hwc x 2 and 1 tbsp. vco
avocado salad
ground beef/shirataki stir fry
99% Lindt

Good morning! More structured eats this week..

Beverages: coffee w/ 1T HWC, diet root beer w/ 4T HWC
Breakfast: 2 oz cream cheese
L: 2 eggs w/ 2T sour cream
S: 1 oz monterey jack
D: chicken quarter with olive oil and ranch dressing

pork chop (with a sauce of some sort) and brocc with butter

As little as possible...not feeling well today.

Breakfast: Bulletproof coffee, with a muffin left from yesterday.
Lunch: Flaxseed focaccia bread with 1 TB CO and 1 TB natural PB.
Snack: cheese
Dinner: Toscana soup, possibly a salad.

Breakfast: scrambled eggs cooked in butter with cheddar cheese.
Lunch: taco salad with cheese and ranch dressing.
Dinner: steak with melted grassfed garlic butter, cauliflower mash with lots of cheese and butter
Snacks: 2 fat bombs and a handful of macadamias.

Amazing with all that food, completely full and satisfied, and I'm still lower on calories than I'd like since I lifted weights today. Focusing not on weight loss at this point, but perhaps renourishing myself and maintaining til I feel ready to lose the last 20 I have to lose.
