LC Flu?

Today is day 9 NK. Stomach upset, Headache, achy and cold. Off and on two days. Is this the body adjusting to low carb or should I stay away from people to avoid spreading some bug?

Could be either. Or both. It sounds a little more extreme than what I experience(d).

Keep your fat up and make sure you are getting in plenty of salt, potassium and magnesium and I hope you feel better soon.

I still go in and out of the LC flu at times when I ingest too much fat at one time (for me). But make sure you take care of yourself just in case it's something else. Mine would last maybe a couple/few hours and then diminish.
