Yes, better but still leaked out - its because you're blending something hot, it expands and pushes out any seal you make

I need a tight fitting lid

I've got a normal blender but I hate to drag it out just to make coffee

It'd dirty up another vessel but maybe you could use an oversize container to blend it and then pour into your cup. Or use my face shield idea.

That's what I did- used the large container that came with my immersion blender. I still painted the ceiling, but it was so, so worth it.

I am going to give this a try sometimes this weekend once I get some the the Kerrygold butter. However, I love coffee so much (at peak years ago I was around 4+ pots to myself per day) that I had to stop using drip and move to instant several years ago. I only do drip now as a treat or when I am out buying a coffee to go since I have only ever made full pots of coffee to my liking and, frankly, I have no control unless I make instant by the cup. Would BPC still be as effective and taste ok using instant instead of drip? Has anyone actually tried this with instant to good effect?

I don't usually drink mine with butter, but I like HWC and CO just fine in instant. I prefer brewed but instant is nice for a change occasionally.

My frother has arrived in the mail.
I'm looking forward to whipping cream in a cup and frothing up my BPC.

Well, I have just made my first BPC and wow! I am super surprised at how good it tastes! I really was not expecting much out of butter (eww?), splenda and coconut oil in a cup of coffee (and without cream... I NEED cream in coffee as a general rule) but omg I am so pleasantly surprised by it! Now, all it has to do is work it's weight loss magic and I will be completely over the moon.
Thanks to all of you who post things like this on these forums. I get more information and things to try due to reading everyone's post and it really is so very helpful! <3
