It's THURSDAY! What are you eating?
 
Good morning!! Here is my plan for the day! I do this because planning is a very important part for me even now.

coffee/hwc x 2 and 1 tbsp vco
.5 avocado, red onion, 35g tomato, 20g cooked bacon and 1 tbsp. Italian dressing
open faced steak sandwich (4 oz. grilled steak, 20g onion, 30g cheddar cheese melted over top an oopsie)
99% Lindt

TOTALS: CAL 1,067 CARBS 22g FIBRE 9g FAT 98g PROTEIN 45g

I am not good at the "plan to eat" part.

Today was:

Sirloin with stroganoff dipping sauce
2 LC muffins with butter

warm egg salad mostly yolks with cheddar

2 coconut oil candies

Cal-1362, fat-116, NC-13, ptn-68
