brekkie: 3 eggs (2 whites, 3 yolks), 3 pieces of uncured bacon, 1 tbsp of heavy fat cream (for coffee)
lunch: I was forced to go out to eat. Argh. Beef patty with bleu cheese and bacon, steamed asparagus with butter, lots of mayo. Dinner: Romaine lettuce with avocado and baked salmon and bleu cheese dressing Later on: tea w/ hfc and coconut oil 75% fat day yay |
