first meal: (between 10-11a) 6oz 75% grass-fed hamburger topped w/ 2T my own ranch dip (mayo, sour cream with a packet of dry ranch) 1oz coconut butter second meal: (between 5-6p) 6oz rotisserie chicken fried in 1T butter topped with guy's bbq 1oz coconut butter 1807 cals 161g fat 66g protein |

brekkie: 3 eggs (2 whites, 3 yolks), 3 pieces of uncured bacon, 1 tbsp of heavy fat cream (for coffee)
lunch: I was forced to go out to eat. Argh. Beef patty with bleu cheese and bacon, steamed asparagus with butter, lots of mayo. Dinner: Romaine lettuce with avocado and baked salmon and bleu cheese dressing Later on: tea w/ hfc and coconut oil 75% fat day yay :) |
