Good morning all my N.K. pals!! :) Here is my plan for the day...
coffee/hwc and 1 of those with vco
egg salad on .5 slice of almond onion, rye bread
1 hot Italian sausage, crumbled and pan fried with a bit of onion and garlic and .5 cup of Arrabbinata sauce, served over shirataki noodles and topped with 30g of freshly grated parmesan cheese and a few sprinkles of hot chili flakes. A buttered oopsie on the side.
