It's MONDAY! What are you eating?
Good Monday morning all!! I am having trouble with my menu today as it keeps coming out a bit too 'light'. I will edit for any additions I make....
coffee/hwc x 2 and 1 tbsp vco egg salad on an oopsie cucumber salad (chopped cuke, thinly sliced red onion and 2 tbsp. homemade Italian dressing) pork chop(chopped :))and stir fried with shirataki noodles, a bit of green onion and seasoning 99% Lindt TOTALS = CAL 1,061 CARBS 17g FIBRE 8g FAT 92g PROTEIN 45g |
Started the day early (4:30) so starting to deal with a.m. hunger in spite of BPC. Made my first fat bombs. They are in the fridge. Hope they turn out. Everything else is planned for a 2-8pm window. Not sure what yet but these are the most likely possibilities.
