Coffee/cream/splenda
home made yogurt with my muesli (mixed pecans, walnuts, almonds, coconut) tuna packed in olive oil with mayo 2 med. hb eggs, 2 fat bombs cal 1509 / fat 123 / carbs 22 /fiber 4.7 / protein 56.6 I think I'll eat this every day this week, because I planned out the ratios so well. |
