salmon with dill sauce and a side of shirataki noodles

B -2 eggs, sausage gravy (heavy on the sausage).1,034 F80 C3 P70
Don't feel like I will need to eat again but probably will later. There is an avocado that needs to fulfill its higher purpose soon.
home made yogurt with my muesli (mixed pecans, walnuts, almonds, coconut)
tuna packed in olive oil with mayo
2 med. hb eggs, 2 fat bombs
cal 1509 / fat 123 / carbs 22 /fiber 4.7 / protein 56.6
I think I'll eat this every day this week, because I planned out the ratios so well. :)
