Good morning all my N.K. pals!! :) Here is my plan for the day.

coffee/hwc and 1 tbsp v.c.o.
avocado salad
grilled lamb chops and single serving of celeriac mash
99% Lindt

TOTAL: CAL 1,193 CARBS 21g FIBRE 9g FAT 100g PROTEIN 46g

I'm going to have to figure out how to get my protein lower-but I guess my normal dinner would be a couple of fat bombs, not succulent crab legs. :D

Coffee/HWC/Xyletol-stevia blend
chipolte - chicken, hot sauce, sour cream, cheese, guac, lettuce
cheese
crab legs and butter

1235 cal/ 87 fat(62%)/ 23 carbs(8%)/ 11 fiber/ 89 protein (30%)
