coffee/hwc x 2 and 1 tbsp v.c.o.
leftover beef/shirataki stirfry
Totals = CAL 1,098 CARBS 22g FIBRE 11g FAT 85g PROTEIN 50g
I have a bit of 'room' so may have a serving of cheese if I feel the need.
Forgive me if I am out of order but aren't your calories awfully low? I am trying to figure this all out and have been told to up my calories from 1600 so...? No judgement, just trying to figure out what to do for myself. There doesn't seem to be a set plan. Or am I missing something?
Yes, they do look a bit low and that tends to be what happens but usually more like 1200. I don't tend to look at calories much but rather concentrate on the actual macros. The calories generally fall in line.
Everyone is different and their nutrient needs can vary widely.
