Hi Mary. I live in Toronto. Go easy on the fat bombs - they can have a negative effect on some folks if eaten in excess. I wouldn't want you to find out what that means....

Yes, I know what can happen if you eat too much fat. That has happened to me before with coconut oil I think. So far so good with these things though (crossing my fingers!).

Good to know. I started consuming c.o. without knowing that it could be 'problematic' initially and suffered without the benefit of advice. Yikes! No problems now though.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
I had a bulletproof coffee for breakfast, anticipating the big Thanksgiving lunch. Surprised I kept my eating to a healthy level:
bfast: coffee, HWC, butter, CO lunch: 2 oz. turkey, about 10 green olives, 1 TB ham, SF cranberry relish, flaxseed focaccia stuffing, green salad, blue cheese dressing, 2.5 servings of lc cheesecake (ok, I kinda overindulged here ) and more coffee.dinner: 1 oz cheese and some herbal tea. REALLY not hungry after lunch. Overall, kept to my calorie, carb and protein goals. NK made a huge difference for me this year. Normally I snack my way throughout the day on Thanksgiving and repent later.
