Well, I'm not tracking anything today, but I do plan to keep it low carb . . .
Breakfast: Coffee w/ HWC
Whey w/ Almond Milk
Veggies dipped in Cream Cheese Beef Dip
Ham and Turkey
Cauliflower Fauxtato Casserole
LC Cheesecake w/ Nut Crust

As for what I'm eating, mostly the fat bombs I made yesterday--those things are too darn good!
Hi Mary. I live in Toronto. Go easy on the fat bombs - they can have a negative effect on some folks if eaten in excess. I wouldn't want you to find out what that means....;)
Yes, I know what can happen if you eat too much fat. That has happened to me before with coconut oil I think. So far so good with these things though (crossing my fingers!).
Good to know. I started consuming c.o. without knowing that it could be 'problematic' initially and suffered without the benefit of advice. Yikes! No problems now though.

I had a bulletproof coffee for breakfast, anticipating the big Thanksgiving lunch. Surprised I kept my eating to a healthy level:
coffee, HWC, butter, CO
2 oz. turkey, about 10 green olives, 1 TB ham, SF cranberry relish, flaxseed focaccia stuffing, green salad, blue cheese dressing, 2.5 servings of lc cheesecake (ok, I kinda overindulged here :o) and more coffee.
dinner: 1 oz cheese and some herbal tea. REALLY not hungry after lunch.
Overall, kept to my calorie, carb and protein goals. NK made a huge difference for me this year. Normally I snack my way throughout the day on Thanksgiving and repent later.
Had everything so nicely planned out, then DD got creative with the menu. Fine on calories, protein, fat, not so much on carbs.
