1 egg, 1 tbsp. homemade mayo on 1 'rye bread'
cucumber slices, salted
ground beef/shirataki stir fry

B:Coffee, 1/4 c. coconut cream, 2 eggs, 2 ounces sour cream, 1/2 ounce cheddar cheese, salsa
L: 4 ounces mascarpone cheese with 1 tbs dark cocoa powder & liquid splenda
S: Coffee w/ 1/4 c. coconut cream
D: Grilled wild salmon salad
Subbing for ideas. Can't believe I tasted mascarpone for the first time this week. Ooooh, Like butter! Going to look for recipes next.
