Awesome! I just started this after plateauing on induction. Lost 2 lbs in two days and then had 3 bites of cheesecake today at Easter lunch. Back on tmrw! Good luck everyone

Loving this diet.... Been on it for 5 days and have lost 6 lbs. It's incredible because before that I was on the Atkins 72 for 2 mo and lost a whole 2 lbs.

Excellent news! the people here are always so great so having a dedicated place for those of us doing the HF/LC/MP diet is awesome!
