I might give it a whirl too with HWC like Becky said heh. I am still struggling with eating and smoking urges so I am off plan at the moment carb-wise

But! First I have to eat up the veggies i requested or there'll be a general mutiny around here.

How in the world did you do it for 5 months?

I would like to keep HWC and CO. I feel like cheese is gonna stall me too.
I don't wanna the meat and egg over Thanksgiving though, do you?
I wanna stay LC just not that strict.
I may need a little help.

I have to cook for so many people, That can trip me up sometimes. I have a family of 4 and then I have to sever approved meals for the daycare. They have to have fruit and starches and all that. Starches don't tempt me anymore but cheese and fruit does.

That is not always the case in the main lobby, Thats why I like it here.
At least it wasn't in my experience.

I'm considering eating a lil extra on Thanksgiving. Staying low carb for the most part but maybe have something special?

If I have time I'll make a LC pumpkin cheese cake and SF cranberry sauce.

I agree with you.
I've seen major judgment going on in there. Some people think only thier way will work. I've learned everyones body is so different that you always have to adjust to what works best for you.

Eggs and meat sounds good to me. Did it today. Makes me not hungry. It really is fun to do all of this. I have done alot of diets, but have really enjoyed this one so far. But reading this thread is the bomb and really keeps you going. Biggest help ever.

I wish I knew someone who wanted these lovely little coconut chocolates!
I made them using a little white chocolate powder as well as dark

Oh and they look like that cause they're frosty fresh out the freezer.
