Good morning Red!
This is what I purchased yesterday: GNC Super Magnesium combines 3 highly absorbable forms of magnesium (as Aspartate, Lactate and Citrate) 2 caplets - 400 mg |

Red there are so many different "half and half" varieties in the database where I track my food. I'm still in the investigating period. I like my coffee light so the amount of HWC is crazy. Thats why I want to stick with the half and half for now.

Wow! I like it! I'd say to take one in the morning and one in the evening but be careful about that first one. 'Highly Absorbable' translates to 'Bathroom Nearby' I think when you first start dosing with it. Or have you already started taking them? |

I haven't tried it but maybe cutting the HWC with water is a good compromise? What concerns me about h/h is the sugar. Granted there isn't much in it but if your insulin resistance slash metabolism is really whacked then even a little may mess with you. Or you could buy some Chase and Sanborn and then just swear off coffee drinking forever ![]() |

and I like it ! Chase and Sanborn...hmm never had that..must be bad? I buy the Folgers Columbian. I really like it dark and rich..not sour. This is good stuff. When I go to McDonalds for a coffee I order small coffee with one shot of espresso. This is really good too. One of my favorites. Anyway...friend, I have so much homework before I go to class this afternoon. It is much more fun here. Have a great day. See you all later! Where Buffy? Her hubby must have forgotten to park behind her. |

![]() ![]() Congrats!!!I haven't read the Performance book and I know that NK is thoroughly explored in that book. But from what I gather reading the other thread, any value between 0.5 and 3.0 is NK all other things being equal. I'd guess that one-off readings that are outside that range can be tossed until the reading is consistently outside the range. |

Good Morning....another .5 down! Yippee
Zay, I researched on our clinical reference this morning between working, magnesium for women is min 400 mg daily....best is anything with -ate at end. This stuff is a miracle mineral for us all. It is #1 for heart protection. Three docs I referenced, say 600-1000 is to aim for, go at it slow. The Oxide is not the best, but it keeps us regular shall we say. Daily B6 will help it to work better. Do not go over on the mag, there is an upper limit to this stuff, and you don't want to mess with your kidneys! Our diet does not have enough mag anymore, but nuts are a good source. Well, I'll have to check in way later today. I am off to an 8 hour meeting, and this does not sound like fun. Anyone want my place to learn the Legal Implications of the Healthcare Reform????? Taking extra coffee, coconut butter/almond butter mix, cheese....low fat fare! Have a great day all. |

Post them for us PC. Post your calories and macro percentages too if you can. If you add the extra calories, assuming you are eating enough protein, add them as pure fat. |

As for the fat bombs, why don't you switch to CO bark? It is: 3T of CO 1T of Cocoa powder SF Sweetner of choice to your sweetness preference. Melt the CO. Stir in the cocoa and sweetener. You can refrigerate to solidify or freeze to harden. I use a pyrex 2 cup measuring thing to mix ingredients then pour into a flat bottomed, non-stick foil lined bowl then freeze it. That makes it easy to get out of the bowl and easy to break up into pieces. |

Kerry, good luck with your fat fast. I have some shredded, unsweetened coconut in my freezer. What can I do with it?
