Well that takes care of that...I'm super sensitive to aspartame...gives me headaches and I never get headaches. I'll try it with Zevia rootbeer! Mmmm

I admit to being totally addicted to that dang show! Best show on TV. Even the LA one is good.

I never would have seen it if it weren't for TV watching family members cause I don't watch TV otherwise.

Shelley, diet rite is made with sucralose/splenda and so are Hansen's diet sodas. I don't have trouble with aspartame but do try to go the splenda or stevia route.

I make goat milk soap and I buy my olive oil at Sams. After I figure shipping into the picture it is just as cheap to buy retail for me. I buy coconut oil in a 50 pound bucket and it is refined but I do use it for cooking my morning eggs since I don't want coconut flavored eggs. Otherwise I use Organic CO from TTraditions

Yup, me too. Aspartame is not my friend. But as Buffy mentioned, Hansens and RC/Diet Rite don't use it. I actually sent RC an email thanking them for not using anything but sucralose. I like the Hansens Mandarin Lime with HWC, but it may be an acquired taste.

I just realized that I've never actually said hello.

Hello, charming high fat eaters! I've so enjoyed following these threads. Your enjoyment and success has encouraged me to lower my protein and up the fat and I am feeling less hungry and more energetic despite my casual approach. Thank you.

yours sounds great, I will try it, DH doesn't like fish many ways, deep fried is his favorite. I can't get the almond flour to stick to it, know a trick?

Welcome! I too enjoy considerable coffee...never measured the oz, but I know the mug holds 24, couple of those, travel mug, cup at work....all with HWC and coconut cream (which I am out of now, Trader Joes has the best!!), so moved to unsweetened coconut milk.

I know they should have been called, turns out I had suffered a small brain bleed which caused me to pass out, then hitting my head on the tub caused a concussion, not sure what caused all the bathroom issues which preceded all that but it was an experience I dont want to repeat!

Actually didn't do horrible today, even though I teetered on losing control. I did eat more than usual but didn't go over 1700 calories and the highest fat day I have ever had.

My brisket turned out very fatty, with crispy parts and yummy.

It was posted in the thread you posted to. google Columbus foods or soapers choice. Same company different division. Then there are about a zillion more that sell oils for soapmaking. BUT soapers choice has good prices but doesn't sell in small quantities. The 7# bottles are similar to a gallon jug.
