I follow the Atkins fat fast when I need to get back into the swing of things. 200 calorie meals, 5x a day, above 90% fat... I'm not at all hungry because the fat keeps me satiated. Don't recommend doing this more than 3 days at a time because of the low protein. The goal is to keep fat as high as possible w/ protein & carbs as low as possible.
Here's what a typical day will be like for me when I fat fast: Meal 1: Coffee w/ .5 oz HWC, chicken bouillon w/ 1.5 oz HWC (tastes like cream of chicken) Meal 2: 2 oz cream cheese Meal 3: Diet root beer float w/ 2 oz HWC Meal 4: 2 oz brie Meal 5: 1 oz macadamia nuts Hope this helps =) |

off cows milk and egg whites - intolerance test
B 2 egg yolks, 2 bacon, 3 tbls CO, 1g omega 3 cap L 40g sardines, mixed salad, 3 tbls olive oil, 20ml tahini, 1/2 avocado, few olives D mackerel, kale, cauliflower, brocolli, smothered in 3 tbls CO, S 3 coffees, 1 with CO, 1 raw choc, 25g macadamia nuts 1942kc need to eat more to not be in deficit according to my app fat 190g , carbs 33g, pro 45g |

oops just posted this on another thread.
breakfast- bulletproof coffee 2 or more cups lunch "antipasta" mozzarella, bacon, pickles, roasted peppers dinner pulled pork and homemade coleslaw (stevia sweetened) usually I will have a fat bomb or coconut oil chocolate at some point. |

terrible food choice for morning so just going to try and ignore it and move on!
lunch back on TRACK woo! 92g chicken breast grilled, no skin (comes this way at our cafe) 1/2 avo - came to 88g (it was a whopper! yay!) 2 tbsp CO with 1oz HWC in coffee with splash of DaVinci 0 calorie amaretto syrup 54g fat 26 prot 8 total carb 78/17/5 |
