Well, I ate on plan today for the most part. I feel like I had so much to eat today. My curried chicken salad turned out wonderful!

1319 calories, 19 carbs, 80% fat, 14% protein, 6% carbs

I started focusing on the High Fat WOE over the weekend and am down 1.4 to a new low 263.2

Early:

1/2 c. homemade yoghurt (1/3 hh: 2/3 hwc), incubated 9 hours.


Brunch:
Beef bacon, calf liver, green onions and okra, all braised. 2 oz. diluted hwc.

Later:

Decaf coffee w/ hh.

Late lunch: Bone marrow fat and 2 ounces wild salmon, and green beans. 1/2 c. yoghurt.

Later: 1/2 c. yoghurt, or diluted hwc.

Current daily Kwasniewski ratios: .8P : 2 - 3F : .5C

went to bed then got up and spoiled it all - ate a big bowl of maple walnut icecream - wasn't hungry - it was just there. Have to make some fat bombs to have in the freezer for times like this.
Anyways scale was letting me know icecream at nite is a nono - up 1.4 this morning.

You probably were hungry, not sure of your counts but looks to me like you didn't eat much yesterday. Don't let yourself get hungry, that sets you up for things like Maple Walnut Ice Cream, now, do not say that again on here

199.0 today - nice loss after my gain yesterday.
had trouble eating today so everything is low
b - pumpkin shake but added 2 scoops Visalus shake mix to it
s -pork stirfry - veggies, pork and shredded cabbage for noodles
coffee with hwc during the day and about 64 oz water - still working on getting more water but find it difficult.

Yes it is something I buy. I wish you could get it. It's really good and I refuse to even entertain the thought of regular ice-cream anymore because I have diabetes now.

thanks cfine,
I googled it and found a couple of recipies on the net so am going to try one of them. one is just coconut milk, heavy cream and sugar - thought i would use davincis sweetening syrup instead of sugar - don't have an icecream maker so will try it the old fashioned way - will post the results later.
had a poor eating day yesterday so am up 1.0 today
yesterdays menu
brunch - pumpkin shake with visalus shake powder in it
s - pork stir fry with cabbage noodles
s - 3 tbs. peanut butter
will try and do better today

1109 cal, 14 carbs, 68% fat (poor planning on my part), 27% pro, 5% carbs
Dinner at 8:45 last night and the .6 LB weight gain reflects it.
