Yup deborah its great, though I will be back up the same 1.5lbs tomorrow cause TOM. Then I will be up and down those lbs all week long....lololol till TOM finally decides to let them go!!!!

It is a little different from the way we are doing it in this thread.

There is a free blood test meter that you can get and they are using a different method to determine the F/P/C grams than I use.

The first post links to various information posts that have been made. Ask for someone to PM you if you need help with it. Everyone is very friendly over there too =)

Down another .5 pound from yesterday. I think I may be able to hit 15 pounds by my birthday!! I have added my vitamins to my ******- they have 14g carbs per serving.. They are filled with so many good things. I made egg salad last night, divided it up into 1/2 c servings. Quick breakfast!

lol that is an understatement!

Not only are they not into LC they are openly hostile to it. I used to post on their forums but the rabid anti-LC posters would cow the LC'rs into bashful silence. I mean, wow, you'd get jumped on for the least hint that you thought, maybe, well, it is possible, LC isn't evil.

I quit posting over there when one of the worst anti-LC posters was made a moderator. That lady could not let any post that was in any way positive about LC go unanswered without a loud condemnation of LC. No kidding. I mean, you could be a Weight Watchers healthy whole grains low fat low cal acolyte and mention that you had a friend who lost a lot of weight on LC and she'd immediately make a long negative post about LC.

Healthy whole grains too. Say nothing about that meme or face the firing squad lol.

Yeah, that one and another one (which must not be named) and ****** were the three I tried last year. I think the forums were part of the reason I didn't continue using LoseIt.

Congrats!!

All things being equal, don't worry about carbs in supplements unless you are supplementing with snickers bars.

You might use the 'customize' button on your supplements to zero out the carbs so your totals aren't affected by them.

I added it as a custom food. It's not in the database.

Lory I dont add mine in my food tracking thingy....I just tally the magnesium so I know what to add myself....soon maybe pottassium......anyways

Unless they are unusually high I wouldn't worry about it. Especially if they aren't having an impact.

Besides, accommodating those carbs might mean a veggie free diet and that would suck.

Nah, I'm cool with Red. Been a red head for 46 years so I actually kinda like it. Some very old gentleman who was silver headed but a former red head told me 20 years ago that reds are only about 2% of the world population. =)

I could have gotten to my fat grams exactly (186) with a tasty HWC/DietSoda float but I just wasn't hungry after dinner.

Todays numbers are off the charts- my cal is so up there I don't even want to post. I was so busy today cleaning, gym time, then a brisk 40 minute 3 mile walk.
My stats however are great!

Don't sweat it. I was up 1 yesterday and down 2 today. I really think yesterday was a liquid retention gain.
