Well, if you can, try to check it out at the library or see if you can watch it online somewhere.
Amazon has the first season on instant video but it is expensive I think. $18 for the whole season or $2 an episode. If you are a NefFlix or Blockbuster customer you can probably get it there. Soooooo funny |

I just made my first HWC float using diet lemon lime (that's what we have on hand). Yum!!! We're supposed to use ice, yes? |

Was it good? I'm surprised. I would have thought citrus wouldn't be good. Hmmm. I'll have to try a 7up float. The coke zero float is good =) |

Food Log
Alrighty. Numbers and log for today.
Calories: 1,968 Fat: 161 Pro: 115 Car: 18 72/24/3 Breakfast: CO & Coffee Lunch: chicken, CO, jalapeno, broccoli, celery, sausage and sour cream. Dinner: HWC float (snack really) and pork rinds. Tomorrow I am going to try to eat a couple eggs for breakfast. Usually the coffee/CO makes me pretty full though. We'll see. Wow, I was pretty far off on my percentages. I'd have been closer but I was messing with the log tweaking the numbers and somehow I got it in my head that I had to eat 4oz of pork skins to get my protein grams up. Let me tell you what, that is a whole lot of pork skins lol. When I went to do screenshots just now I realized, hey, I didn't need to eat 4 freaking ounces heh. I think what happened was that I'd split my attention between grams and total calories and I liked the higher total calorie and didn't look back at the macros. I'll be pretty surprised if there isn't a slight bump on the scale tomorrow but we'll see |

Hello everybody
![]() If you have the room, I would love to join your little group ![]() I have been lurking for a few days now, and thought I would give the 80/15/5 plan a shot. Today is day 3 and I am down just over 4lbs! ![]() I was doing Stillmans prior to this, which is soooooo strict and hard to stick to. I am LOVING not having to eat protein all day long! Prior to that, I lost my weight by using LC. I'm an Aussie, and have started logging my food on an Aussie site that has our foods listed. Not finding it too hard to get the right percentages. I have done the Atkins Fat Fast a few times over the years, so I know how to get that fat up. Love me some fat! Just not on my body.. ![]() Congrats on the losses everyone! OH, and I find you all an absolute laugh! Such a fun crowd ![]() |

Redbridge beer is pretty good I thought. Gluten free wheat free
But, pretty good as far as American beers go. I doubt you'd care for it even if the ingredients were okay for you. High carb of course. |

For the sensible people in the crowd that are properly horrified at room temperature beer, here's a tip for ya. Those CO2 fire extinguishers will cool a beer down quick
Side note: be sure you have plenty of extra beer on hand to put any fires out with since you are repurposing the fire control device for a higher calling. |

You really should look on youtube for the Turkey Drop episode. In honor of Fall and Thanksgiving approaching. "As God is my witness I thought turkey's could fly!"
![]() And now for the bacon grease mayo loveliness: This recipe is from Man Tested Recipes. I don't know anymore what I can link and what I can't, so I hope I can say that. It's just a recipe site. This is my preferred recipe. Ingredients Makes: 2 cups 5 egg yolks 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 7 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice 1¼ cups rendered bacon fat ½ teaspoon fine sea salt Freshly ground Tellicherry black pepper to taste Add to favorites Email a friend Print friendly [Pin It] Preparation method Prep: 15 mins 1. Chill all the ingredients and utensils (including your mixing bowl) down to about 40°F. Don’t skip this step or the mayonnaise may break. 2. Put the egg yolks, mustard, and 1½ teaspoons of the lemon juice into a blender or mixing bowl. Beat on high for 2 minutes, until well blended. 3. Add in the bacon fat (no need to add gradually if everything’s properly chilled), continuing to beat until the mixture is thick. Depending on how thick and rich you like your mayonnaise you may or may not need the entire amount of fat. 4. Slowly blend in the remaining lemon juice, sea salt and pepper, whipping it pretty much continuously throughout. Adjust seasoning to taste. Tip The mayonnaise keeps for a couple of weeks in the refrigerator. Oh, and if you eat a lot of bacon, cook up 4lbs at a time to almost done and stick it in a ziplock in the freezer. Then it's easy to zap it. When I do this I can get about a cup or cup and a half of grease. ![]()
