But wait, since tequila makes your clothes fall off, you would be already prepared. Just make sure when you go out clubbing, you take a tub of CO, a roll of saran wrap and drink tequila. Whoa, that night was a once in a lifetime, OMG, they just kept those shots coming and I was young and dumb and for some insane reason, thought it was a GREAT idea to keep drinking them. I truly have never repeated that night, the results were horrible!!

Yup, I agree.. At the casino I worked at after my divorce- ladies night 2 for shots and beers.. can you say sick sick..

At first I thought I was having a blast.

Until I ended up in the ladies room- with TP attached to my foot..

O my lord..you guys crack me up....Texas does funny things to you.i lived there once!!I did a crazy thing today went and got a job....yes a job..I think all this co caused brain damage!!But I want to travel so takes money...I'm on doing prn.....1 day a week....yallll right I'm a CNA working at a nursing home..always needing people...but it's only 1 mile from my house..only 1 day....only 1 day.....I'm telling my self that..I worked there 3 years ago..they tried to get me back but I liked retired life better..but only 1 day only 1 day...

Hope all of you are doing ok

I can't think of a better place to work for encouragement with weight loss. All but a few of the residents will cheer every ounce gone with enthusiasm =)

Alright. Not being lazy tonight so here are my numbers for the day.

Calories: 1,881

Fat: 171
Pro: 72
Car: 20

80/16/4

I had to change things up a bit to get to the 1800s for calories. HWC with only the first batch of CO coffee (24oz). The next batch was black with just the CO. I forgot how much I like black coffee. I'll probably just cut the HWC out completely for coffee tomorrow.

Breakfast:
Coffee
CO 4tbs
HWC .25c

Lunch:
Ground sausage
Broccoli
Jalapenos
Cheese
CO 1tbs

Dinner:
Pork rinds
Pickles
Celery

Just finished a great dinner- 1 med tomato sliced and grilled, then topped with a slice of chedder torn in little pieces- voila> grilled tomato and cheese sandwich without the bread!!
