Tues- body pump
Wed- step aerobics
Thursday- body pump
Friday- body pump
Sat- aerobics hi intensity

One hour for each class... Nut sure if I should take day off tomorrow? Thoughts?

I think how the exercising is leaving you feeling would be the best answer.

2 days in a row might be good to rebuld muscles (unless I am dealing with antiquated knowlege) - but honestly..Look at my stats - I can only aspire to be doing what you're doing. LOL
So, I'd say - go with what your body is telling you.

I agree with Partyof7, it depends how you are feeling.
If you are sore and struggling to move, then no, def. not. But if you are the kind of individual that needs that daily exercise whether it's resistance training, cardio, or a combination of the two then go for it.
Do what puts your mind, body, and soul at ease.

I agree with what others are telling you.

Think about it. Exercise is challenging your body, pushing you in a physical way. Analyzing whether you should work out on a given day should be less of a mental question and purely physical.

As they've said: How do you feel?

Depending on how hard we push ourselves, we may or may not need a rest day. Based on what you've listed, sounds like you should have at least one rest day, which you have listed. But if you're not tired, achey, dragging, sore, go for it.

The best thing you can do for yourself is learning to LISTEN to your body -- not just about exercise and activity, but about food and cravings and moods and all of it. It's a synergistic marvel if you learn to listen for all those signals.

Watch me Shrink- you look amazing! I was curious how many times people do weights??

I did 3 times this week and 2 cardio days so far. I am thinking a cardio day again tomorrow. Even though people say you lose more with weights, I think I was overdoing it before. I was doing weights like 4/5 times a week. Too much???

I ran today -just 3.5 miles but felt good.

Also, the more I eat fat with my workouts, the better I see my recovery time.

I just need to make sure I do not overdo the fat. That can happen sometimes for me.

You are so sweet, Fuentes. Thank you!!! I was just in Vegas by the way, and it was awesome.

Learning to embrace the process of being healthy and fit can be hard sometimes.

Definitely think I need to slow down
