I've done BFL before and had amazing results, but for family reasons was unable to continue going to the gym. I just got restarted at the gym. I'm a total believer in BFL exercises. I know it works. Now to get myself going again!

You can print out your own personalized workout and take it to the gym with you. I am doing 3x a week weight splits and I will try and work cardio in on the rest of the days. I work on some days so I get my cardio with that because I clean offices and houses.

I loved the BFL program- my girlfriend and I lost a bunch when we did it CONSISTENTLY. I always go back to the principles in that program as they are timeless. The doctor (can't think of his name) who was one of the original champions has written his own book and kept it off and helps his patients nutritionally.

Muscle DOES matter - we start losing it after 35 yrs of age and there starts the middle age bulge eating the same amount of food, so whatever we can do to retain and build it is good.

I love the Supreme 90 day workout videos you get at Dollar General for $10-20 for 10 videos! Amazing workouts with very good result (if you work it consistently and eat clean).

Hi All! I've just started BFL on Friday. I feel so good already!

The only thing is I know I have an untreated thyroid problem (it's mild right now) but I get SO EXHAUSTED from lifting weights. I had to chug 2 gatorades after my workout. I hope I'm not doing something wrong.

Does anyone want to start a support thread to cheer each other on?

Ileen, I read that you have hashi's. I do too and I've been struggling with it. Do you have any advice?
