which one do you recommend. due to injuries,I haven't exercised in a while. I have to start something,and I like both when I read about it. but will I be able to actually stick to ,I am not sure.I will hve to modify some moves anyways, ![]() has any of u used either one,how much did you lose,did you bulk up too much,other suggestions??? |

I"m not familiar with either of those programs.
I actually don't think it matters for most of us, especially in the beginning. The important thing is to pick one and do it. I find that I need to be with others who are exercising or my motivation will quickly fade. Good luck to you. |
