TKD or CKD?
has anyone had success with either the CKD or TKD approach to carbing up? I lost 42 lbs on induction-level carbs but find it difficult to exercise and make strength/fitness gains with carbs so low. I have another 60-70 lbs to lose but need to get fit as well, so I don't want to not be able to work out effectively.

thanks guys! I just love the way I feel and look on very low carbs. I'm going to have to play around with it and see. I just thought I'd ask since both the CKD and TKD approach seem to be popular on other bodybuilding forums. I don't know if it works as well on females though, and since I'm not a dude, it's something to keep in mind.
