Jamie Eason's Live Fit Program
Has anyone done Jamie Eason's Live Fit Program that is offered (for free) on Bodybuilding? Next month I'll be finishing up a Chalean Extreme rotation and I'm trying to figure out what to do come January. I follow Jamie Eason on Facebook and there have been some impressive before and afters posted by people that have completed by the program. I trust the opinions of the folks on this board and was just looking to see if anyone has looked at the program or followed it and what your thoughts are on it?
