anyone else feel like this?

Ive done low carb before but it was a whiiiiile ago. I know it works, but I forgot how I felt the first few days. Right now I use a protein shake (or make it into a yummy brownie) as a meal replacement because I am always on the go. I do eat whole foods a lot too. Right now I drink 1.5 to 2 gals of water a day (because Im a weight lifter, bodybuilder or what have you). WELL my point is, is a little bloating/water retention normal the first couple days in? I dont weight myself because I am still putting on muscle so the scale is a mind screw for me. I pay attention to how I look and how my abs "pop" I seem to be looking a little soft today. Escpecially towards the end of the night. Anyone else?

LOL I think my body was like "uhhmmmm where are my ricecakes and oatmeal?! I feel good today I think its almost TOM too. Damn being a girl. I also have not had whey protein in about 3 months so maybe that had a little to do with it.

It could have been the whey. I hardly if ever use it..

My body would be saying that. No way would i give it up..I dont eat rice cakes, they not filling unless I have a large refeed..
LOVE oats, swt tators , rutabagas, spaghetti squah, br rice couscous and cream of rice.. those are staples that never go out of my diet..

I also looove those things and ya ricecakes are good for refeed because they dont make my tummy all big. OH I had a new PB on chest day the other day...50db press on flat times 5 woot!

I am planning my refeeds on my leg days because they are my favorite muscle group to train and its do or die that day! they get all pumped and fat looking and wobbly haha i love it.
