I'm here! Im addicted to the gym. I love lifting weights. I'm sick and haven't been to the gym in 2 days. I'm missing it and feeling really guilty.

I'm pretty new to lifting, but definitely addicted to it! I am a long-time fan of barre work, and just started lifting heavy (for me, lol) about 3 months ago.... I love it. Still doing the barre work, too (Bar Method, Core Fusion)
Tinkering around with diet, trying to figure out what works best for me. |

Another GJ here (when I typed that, I immediately thought 'grand jury').
I lifting, eating clean (carb rotations), and I LOVE what lifting has done to my body. That's what's most relevant to me: Dieting, low carb, this way of eating, that way of eating, it all helps to shed the weight, but to really see long-lasting, noticeable changes to your body you have to pump the iron. No other way around it. ![]() |

Recommitting to weight training here too!! Not a "newbie" but finally happy enough w/ the weight loss to be able to focus on overall strength, shape and muscle building.
