oxy elite pro

im currently taking oxy eliete pro what do you think of this supplement any advice? Thank you.. also im taking creatine.. is it bad im taking this stuff? I workout and weight lift everyday

I work out at an MMA gym. I know the coach has the fighters use it when they are cutting weight. I've used it off and on. It's thermogenic. You will sweat a LOT. I remember feeling wired and dehydrated. Didn't do much for me weight wise. But I have seen it help other people

you dont need ANY supplements to get lean and cut but the appropriate diet and exercise.

Creatine is fine.

A friend at work is taking this product on the advice of his trainer. However, it makes him very jittery, so jittery that I can see his hand shaking. I went and looked up the ingredients, and I am not sure what they are. If I were you, I'd do more research on the ingredients.

Perfect advise to follow. Stay on creatine and protein powder. You don't need those fat loss pills. Your diet is doing that part.
