Do dumbells exercizes with your upper body, you can use that, right? And no need to use anything below the waist line.

Congrats on the weight loss. You might want to check with your doctor on the exercises.

There are videos out there where all of the exercises are done in a chair. Maybe you can gradually build up to working on a stability ball.

Do you do a lot of walking? How is your mobility now?

Hi Packin.

My advice is that if your doctor says whatever you can handle, then try the weights and abdominals with a ball, plus waist exercises. I love my waist exercises. They are good. If you feel any discomfort, stop and change your plan accordingly.

Well I hope that helps. And if you ever need help and encouragement, you can come to me, and I will give it my all to help you.

You take care my dear friend and I'd love to hear from you again.

God bless you.

Warmly yours,
Chris
