I re-started CLX last Monday. Had at least some residual soreness every single day! It's good though. I haven't been doing the burn intervals, I've been jogging instead. When it gets too cold, I'll do the intervals.

I am working on getting my hormones straightened out - my testosterone was zero. I had success last time, but I didn't build as much muscle as I wanted. I too feel out of shape! I still have residual soreness, and this is my third week! Today is a cardio day so DH and I are going to try a 20 mile bike run.

I follow the south beach, but I've been "relaxed" in my eating so I know that hurts my progress, but I just finished a 22 mile bike ride with DH and I want pizza. I will eat a big salad with vinegar. I really do try to eat right, but just am tired of it consuming my life. I've been on the SBD since 2004. I have been thinking of trying protein power-what about you?

Well I am struggling with eating properly, I will do the protein power but just have to get motivated to follow it and not have other food in the house that is my downfall. I started chalean extreme last week got in 4 days of exercise but missed the 5th day.

Congrats on the bkie ride that is excellent. I know what you mean about the eating consuming your life.
