Body for Life/Curves
I am thinking about getting the Body for Life Book. I am currently going to curves.
Can I use Curves as my cardio days? They have the resistance machines, but I never really considered these on par with weght lifting. |

Are you planning on doing cardio the way it's described in the book? Are you going to be able to vary your intensity with the Curves machines? I've never been to Curves - do they have bikes, treadmills, ellipticals? I don't think resistance machines would be effective BFL cardio.

I don't see how you could use Curves for your BFL Cardio. It BFL Cardio is best done with eliptical, bikes or treadmills...doing it very fast...and at the end, you are completely *spent*.
I would suggest if you do BFL..to get the results..do it BY THE BOOK. |
