Googled. it does.

Personally my favorite and many of my e friends is WHey Gourmet Pb chocolate.

There's not enough carbs in this for post work out to help build the muscle. For an emergency meal it's fine.

Your supposed to add carbs to it on the side for post workout. I dont purchase protein powders with carbs in it so i can manipulate my meals.

That said, some folks here dont use pwo carbs if they are doing atkins.
