How much cardio vs. weight lifting
I recently was in a car accident and hurt my neck/shoulder/back ... the neck and back seem to be better but my shoulder is taking more slow to get back in shape ... I recently moved back into the gym (haven't been in awhile because of school) for physio and was wondering what I could be doing there to help with weight loss, etc. obviously the weight lifting will help to reshape my body (I'm a bit flabby with loose skin) but also want to lose another 20 lbs. Any hints?
Which is better for a person who has lost 100 lbs so far -- I need to lose 20 lbs more ... I am 5'5" - 5'6" (not sure which one) and 163-165 lbs. at the moment ... any hints? |

While weights will definitely help shape your body and burn some calories....most important thing is having your nutrition in check.
You can't out train a bad diet (not implying you have one btw) so if your nutrition is spot on then I will let the others chime in on what to work on. |
