How much cardio vs. weight lifting

I recently was in a car accident and hurt my neck/shoulder/back ... the neck and back seem to be better but my shoulder is taking more slow to get back in shape ... I recently moved back into the gym (haven't been in awhile because of school) for physio and was wondering what I could be doing there to help with weight loss, etc. obviously the weight lifting will help to reshape my body (I'm a bit flabby with loose skin) but also want to lose another 20 lbs. Any hints?

Which is better for a person who has lost 100 lbs so far -- I need to lose 20 lbs more ... I am 5'5" - 5'6" (not sure which one) and 163-165 lbs. at the moment ... any hints?

While weights will definitely help shape your body and burn some calories....most important thing is having your nutrition in check.

You can't out train a bad diet (not implying you have one btw) so if your nutrition is spot on then I will let the others chime in on what to work on.
