Considering that you have lost a LOT of weight, it is easy to see why you may be food/carbphobic. But as you may now know, carbs are NOT the enemy. Yes, my trainer's plan includes increasing my carbs! O yeah.....I'm still afraid of carbs. I am trying so hard to get past that though. I know my trainer knows what he is doing and I'm trying my hardest to listen to him. He is so good!

BTW, I had to go to the doctor today. I have been fighting pain when working out or lots of walking for almost 2 weeks. The doctor thinks that I have pulled the muscle on top of my foot. I am to stay off it for a couple days then slowly go back to the gym.
