Kevin's Pie Crust: which do you prefer?

Kevin has several pie crusts listed. Do you have a tried and true recipe?

Grammy, I didn't know Kevinpa had more than one pie crust recipe. But I can say that I use his pie crust recipe that includes Carbalose, resistant wheat starch, shortening and water. It is just like the real thing as far as I am concerned. Soon I will be using it in my first ever lattice cherry pie.

No Grammy. But I watch both my calories and my carbs every day. I'm in maintenance and want to stay that way!

I followed Kevin for many years, He constantly was improving his recipes and they just kept getting better... look for some recipes from early to mid 2011. As he did, "Experiment" until you find one or more you like. Everyone has a different spin of what is good! some like Carbquick based, some like Carbalose based.. I use both sometimes like 50% / 50% But in all honesty I try and follow his later (2011) recipes . They are hard to improve on! Better than anything you can buy!!
