I made Kevinpa's Chocolate Ice Un-cream today ...

And OMG, is it yummy! It's a variation of his recipe for Chocolate Pudding and Pie Filling, and it's seriously good stuff. I highly recommend it for anyone who doesn't tolerate lactose well. It's also lower in calories than ice cream made with heavy cream.

I remember the pie. But didn't realize he had made that un-cream. I make ice cream with almond milk or coconut milk and love it.

Hi Tilly. You may want to start a new thread in the Recipe Help section and ask your question there. Scoopability seems to be the main problem IF that is a problem for you.
I have not ventured into that area yet. Soon, very soon.

Good idea about a new thread. I have not made any yet and was wondering where to start. Warm weather and the mention of ice cream has got me salivating!!!!!!
